Dassault Systemes have announced the availability of a new version of Dymola. This new release features the following major enhancements:
- Support for the new version of the Modelica Standard library, version 3.2.1
- Full compliance with the Modelica language 3.2 passing all the tests in the Modelica compliance suite developed by the Modelica Association
- Extended FMI support
- FMU import added in the Linux version of Dymola
- Support FMI 2.0 Release Candidate 1 specification
- All Dymola solvers supported for FMU co-simulation export
- A new Modelica script editor
- Improved presentation of diagnostic messages
- Support for dSPACE SCALEXIO for real-time simulation
- New libraries for fuel cells, heat exchangers and vapour cycles
- Updated versions of the existing libraries
- Support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 C++ compiler
- New Java interface
