Transfer of data outside the European Union
From our position as Dymola Reseller, we are obliged to provide some of the personal data collected under 3 sub d to Dassault Systèmes, located within the European Union in Paris, Velizy, because this is necessary for the delivery of software and licenses upon assignment. The personal data goes to our software supplier Dassault Systèmes (www.3ds.com). This includes the following personal data: first name, surname, e-mail address, company name.

- Necessary in the context of negotiating, concluding, and executing the agreement between you and Claytex; and/or
- Claytex is obliged to pass on personal data to public authorities on the basis of a legal obligation or in an emergency, such as when a court ruling imposes the obligation to provide personal data to third parties. Only the data that we are obliged to provide will be provided; and/or
- Claytex organises a training or event with a third party, in which case only your contact details will be shared with this third party; and/or
- A reorganisation or transfer of business activities takes place at Claytex with the result that Claytex must transfer personal data to another organisation.
Due to our position as a TECHNIA (www.technia.com) Company within the Addnode PLM Division, your personal data may be shared with other TECHNIA business entities in order to fulfil the requested services (e.g. geographically) or for distribution of information.

If you are currently receiving marketing information from Claytex, you may opt out at any time and unsubscribe links will be included in all the marketing material you receive.
