Claytex exhibit and present at the AESIN Conference 2019 taking place on Tuesday, 1st October, at the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull.
Now in its seventh year, AESIN is becoming established as an active specialist group to facilitate world-beating Electronic Systems (ES) market leaders from a UK base. Aligned with the UK Automotive Council strategy, AESIN aims to accelerate UK derived ES innovation into automotive markets through collaborative project based work.

Along with headline keynotes from Industry and updates from Government, there will also be parallel technical tracks covering ADAS & HAV, More Electric Powertrain, Clean & Connected Mobility and Automotive Security.
Meet with Claytex
At our stand, we will demonstrate how rFpro and Dymola can be used to support the development of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and autonomous cars. Using rFpro to provide the virtual test environment we can support driver-in-the-loop and provide data feeds to the array of sensors (cameras, LiDAR, radar and ultrasound) all based off the same high-fidelity track model.
Presentation – ADAS & HAV Track 2 – Compton Suite @ 14:00
VIRTUAL DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES
The development and testing of the next generation ADAS and autonomous vehicles will require more sophisticated virtual test environments that can immerse the complete vehicle system into the test scenario. This presentation will highlight some of the main challenges and how we are tackling them through the development of physics based sensor and vehicle models.
