Modelica Model Libraries
Dymola and Modelica provide access to a wide range of libraries covering many different domains and applications. The key advantage of using Modelica model libraries in Dymola is that the model equations are visible to the user so that you can understand exactly how a model is defined. Modelica libraries are available for use with Dymola covering many different industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Buildings and Energy. Whilst some of the libraries are designed to address a particular application there are also a number of general purpose libraries that are suitable for use across many different industries. All of the libraries listed can be supplied by Claytex for use with Dymola and include technical support.
In addition there are a number of free libraries that are available from the Modelica Association. These libraries are typically the result of academic research projects and in some cases the original author is still supporting the library.
